SERVICE & CALIBRATION

Facility Monitoring Systems understands every facet of contamination control and environmental monitoring technology. We excel in supporting this instrumentation and working together with clients to achieve quality data and measurable results. Our team creates partnerships with customers to ensure that their investment in technology provides continuous improvement in monitoring and production.

We are a centre of excellence for instrument calibration and repair. All of our services are available in-house or on-site.

Calibration
Our service team tracks the calibration schedules and ensures that sensors and systems, of either our own range or third party products, are consistently maintained and calibrated.
• Calibrations are performed in accordance with FMS's standard procedures.
• Test equipment is traceable to National Standards.
• Detailed Calibration Certificates are provided for each sensor.

Repair
Superior technical expertise ensures a prompt repair service that minimises instrument downtime. The service team has substantial experience in, and can rapidly identify and solve, common problems such as
• Pump and laser failure
• Electronic faults

Our team will diagnose to component level, where possible, and offer the most economic solution.

System support & disaster recovery
Our customers save time and money by working with one supplier who supports the entire system locally. We accept full responsibility for maintaining our own and 3rd party products to assure that there is minimal data loss or downtime.
