Facility Monitoring Systems provides the complete range of TSI AeroTrak particle counters. these include handheld units for diagnostic and survey work, remote counters for connection to monitoring systems and portable units for testing and validation applications.

The portable particle counters are available in 1 CFM, 50 LPM and 100 LPM flow rate versions. The higher flow rate models greatly reduce the overall time taken to perform ISO 14644-1 and EU GMP classifications.

The remote particle counters provide a continuous stream of data direct to a monitoring system. The sensors are mounted in critical locations and powered either via ethernet or by local power supply. Data is transmitted to the monitoring system either via ethernet or by serial Modbus communication. Built-in data redundancy is provided by a 3000 data point buffer.
